“Khao Soi” is a local dish popular in northern Thailand. It used to be called “Kuai Thao Hor”. Consist of egg noodles in strong flavored curry soup. Served with pickled cabbage and red onion. Seasoned with chili oil, lime juice, sugar and fish sauce. Originally used chicken and beef as protein but other choice of meat can also be use up to the customers choice.
